Questions

When does launch end?
We haven’t set a date. We’ll email you at least 30 days before any fee starts, and you choose whether to continue.
What is the monthly maximum?
The most a clinic will pay in a calendar month, however many shifts are filled. A general practice never pays more than $495, a dental clinic $249, and other clinics $49; once a clinic reaches it, further filled shifts that month are free. A month with no filled shift costs nothing. It applies to each clinic separately.
What counts as a filled shift?
A shift a clinic books a locum for through CoverShift. Posting shifts, applying, and shifts nobody fills stay free.
Does the fee come out of the locum’s pay?
No. The planned fee is charged to the clinic. The rate a clinic and locum agree is what the locum is paid.
How is that different from an agency?
Agencies usually add a margin to every hour a locum works. CoverShift’s planned fee is one flat amount per filled shift, whatever the rate or the length of the shift, and it stops at a monthly maximum.
